As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality timber frame products, including roof trusses, wall panels, floor panels, and spindles.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble timber roof trusses, wall panels, floor panels, and spindles accurately to specification.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and production plans with precision.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship with excellent attention to detail.
- Adhere to all health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate effectively within a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in timber frame assembly, woodworking, manufacturing, or a similar role.
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.
- Reliable, diligent, and a team player.
- A valid CSCS card is advantageous but not essential.
