Are you a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
We’re looking for an experienced leader to take charge of a busy Goods Out operation, leading a team responsible for repacking bulk liquids, preparing around 50 pallets every day, and ensuring five internal lorries leave on schedule.
This is far more than a standard warehouse role. You’ll be leading from the front, driving performance, developing your team and ensuring a safe, efficient operation within a busy manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Warehouse Team Leader
- Leading and motivating a busy Goods Out team
- Managing the safe transfer of liquids from IBCs into 200-litre drums
- Overseeing the daily preparation of around 50 pallets
- Coordinating the loading of five internal lorries every day
- Driving productivity, quality and continuous improvement
- Coaching, developing and supporting your team
- Maintaining high Health & Safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Team Leader, Supervisor or management experience within Warehousing or Logistics
- Forklift experience – counterbalance or Reach truck
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing, Production or distribution environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop people
- A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving ability
- Experience working to KPIs and driving operational performance
- Health & Safety focused with a hands-on attitude
