Senior Care Leader: Train, Lead & Elevate Resident Care

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Residential Senior Care Assistant at one of our care homes to lead a team of carers, train staff, and organise shifts while delivering person-centred care.

You’ll manage medication administration, review care plans and risk assessments, and liaise with GPs, district nurses, and families to support residents’ wellbeing. NVQ3 or equivalent, and proven leadership are required.
