Housing Outreach & Prevention Specialist

CHM is recruiting a Housing Project Worker to join our Cambridge-based team. This full-time post supports people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, delivering practical, person-centred housing-related assistance and frontline casework to help secure and sustain safe, independent living.

You will work through community outreach and in-house support, liaising with landlords, local authorities and service partners to prevent housing crises and promote stability for vulnerable individuals
