Senior Care Leader – Elevate Elder Care (22 hrs/wk)

Roseberry Care Centres is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for Springfield House in Codsall. This role provides hands-on resident support along with supervisory duties for junior care staff, ensuring high standards of person-centred care and dignity.

You will work 22 hours per week across day and night shifts, with alternate weekends. The position requires NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it) and proven leadership and communication skills.
