Night-Shift Senior Care Leader

Avon Search is recruiting for a Senior Care Assistant / Team Leader at a 32-bed nursing home near East Grinstead. This night-shift role focuses on leading the care team, delivering compassionate, person-centred care and maintaining high standards overnight.

You will oversee night-time procedures, support residents with personal care, assist with medication administration when appropriate, and ensure accurate care plans and documentation are kept up to date, in a warm, supportive environment.
