Unipart Technologies Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager for the Southport site. You will lead the manufacturing engineering function and the Toolroom, setting strategy and driving safe, capable, and efficient processes to enable operational excellence and growth.
You will manage a team of 6 engineers, oversee short-batch NPI, and drive continuous improvement using Unipart Way lean practices. Strong SPC, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.
