Freelance Site Manager – Social Housing (2-Week Holiday Cover)

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Freelance Site Manager to provide 2 weeks’ holiday cover on a social housing project in St Austell. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, supervise subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality across the hull of works with residents and client liaison.

You must hold an SMSTS certificate and First Aid at Work, with strong health and safety knowledge, and a full UK driving licence preferred. Immediate start available on a reputable contractor.
