Operations Supervisor (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

We’re looking for an experienced and motivatedOperations Supervisorto join us on a12-month fixed-term contract, playing a key role in leading our warehouse operation and ensuring exceptional service for our customers.

What you’ll be doing
As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading a team to safely deliver daily operational targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality, productivity and customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating and developing a team to achieve operational KPIs.
- Driving a positive culture focused on safety, engagement and continuous improvement.
- Monitoring productivity, quality and service levels to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
- Managing staffing levels, performance, attendance and employee development.
- Working collaboratively with internal departments to resolve operational challenges.
- Supporting process improvements and implementing best practice across the operation.
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures and company policies.
- Producing and analysing operational reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
You’ll be an enthusiastic people leader with experience supervising warehouse or logistics operations. You’ll also bring:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution leadership role.
- Strong people management and coaching skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Experience managing KPIs and operational performance.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with experience using warehouse management systems, SAP knowledge is very desirable.
- Knowledge of leading teams on MHE-VNA is desirable
