About you
- Recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or similar)
- Proven experience in financial reporting, controls, and team management
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and financial software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail
What you’ll do
- Oversee day-to-day transactional finance functions across the business
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and credit control processes
- Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements
- Enhance financial controls and streamline processes
- Support strategic decision-making using Sage Intacct and Power BI insights
- Coordinate external audits and ensure tax compliance
- Lead and develop a small finance team within a growth-focused environment
