Senior NPD Manager – Food Innovation & Partnerships

Zest Food Jobs is seeking an experienced New Product Development Manager to lead the NPD and Innovation programme at a major chilled foods site. The role focuses on delivering products on brief, on time and with strong commercial impact.

You will manage a Stage & Gate process, build an external-facing customer relationship program with retailers, coach a small NPD team, and collaborate with Operations, Technical and Commercial teams to sustain growth.
