Field Revenue Officer: Council Tax & Rates

Blackpool Council is recruiting an Enquiry and Collection Officer to join the Shared Revenues and Benefits Service for Blackpool and Fylde.

You will visit residential and commercial properties, investigate liability and occupancy issues, maintain Council Tax and Business Rates records, and support the collection of local taxation. You will provide advice, negotiate payment arrangements and work largely in the field.
