Tech M&A Associate — London, High-Impact Deals

TD Securities in London is seeking an Associate to join its Technology Investment Banking team. You will contribute to the execution of M&A, strategic advisory and capital raising across software, fintech, data analytics and related tech sectors, with direct client interaction and significant deal experience.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of investment banking or corporate finance experience, strong modelling and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree.
