Senior Subsea Operations Engineer — HSE & Readiness Lead

NES Fircroft is recruiting an experienced Subsea Operations Engineer to support a major offshore gas and condensate development project. You will act as Technical Authority for subsea systems, oversee design reviews, FAT/SIT, and drive operational readiness for long-term asset performance.

The role requires a degree in Subsea Engineering, 10+ years in Oil & Gas, and 5+ years in subsea operations, with strong HSE leadership and English proficiency.
