Senior SOC Delivery Manager – Hybrid (London)

HCLTech is seeking a Service Delivery Manager in London, hybrid at client location, with a strong focus on Information Security and SOC operations. The role requires extensive leadership of large, multi-customer environments and adherence to critical SLAs.

Candidate will manage CSFC operations, drive improvements across operations and technology, and report KPIs to senior management. CISSP/CISA/CISM and multiple OEM certifications are required or expected.
