This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and managing a varied workload in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring client requests are handled efficiently, professionally, and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Action client instructions ina timelyand professional manner.

  • Manage customer payments received at the office.

  • Process incoming correspondence, including emails and written communications.

  • Maintainaccuraterecords and perform data entry tasks.

  • Produce and distribute remittance information to clients.

  • Complete banking procedures, including payment posting and associated administration.

  • Conduct investigations to obtain updated contact information whererequired.

  • Provide administrative support to operational teams.

  • Respond to client enquiries via telephone, email, and social media channels.

  • Deliver a high standard of service whilemaintainingaccuracy and attention to detail.
