Key Tasks:– Plan and deliver targeted academic curriculum lessons across key stages.– Guide student behaviour with patience, clear boundaries, and positive reinforcement.– Assess, track, monitor, and report student progress to senior staff.– Collaborate with the department to design and implement learning targets.
Requirements:– Proven experience or relevant training as an English Teacher in a UK secondary school.– QTS, QTLS, or ECT status with a relevant degree or PGCE.– Deep knowledge of English curriculum guidelines and classroom management.– Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to apply.– Full compliance with standard UK school safeguarding regulations.
