Production Supervisor Wrexham | £32,000 – £36,000 per annum Rotating Days & Nights Every Weekend Off Trek Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a successful manufacturing business in Wrexham for an experienced Production Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company offering a highly attractive shift pattern with every weekend off and, on some rotations, up to 5 consecutive days off. You’ll be responsible for leading a production team, ensuring targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. ROLE As Production Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve daily production targets
- Monitor production performance and resolve issues in real time
- Manage product changeovers, including size, colour and weight changes
- Ensure all production paperwork and reports are completed accurately
- Track production data and generate performance reports
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety and housekeeping
- Support continuous improvement activities across the production area
- Manage shift staffing and approve annual leave requests
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies and health & safety requirements
YOU We’re looking for someone who has:
- At least 3 years’ supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- The ability to make quick, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate others
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality
