About the Role
We’re recruiting a CSCS Labourer to join a busy installation team in Wellington, supporting the delivery, movement and installation of white goods on commercial sites.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with practical, hands-on experience who is looking to develop their skills. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone keen to build a long-term career.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the installation and positioning of white goods
- Using hand and power tools confidently and safely
- Supporting experienced installers while learning on the job
- Carrying out general labouring duties and site preparation
- Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
- Working as part of a friendly, fast-paced team
What We’re Looking For
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable with early starts
Pay & Benefits
- £13.50 per hour
- Increased pay upon permanent employment (company pay structure applies)
- Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of salary
