Youth Employment Advisor: Neurodiverse Youth into Work

Red 5 People in Wakefield is recruiting a Youth Employment Advisor to support 16–24-year-olds, helping them gain skills, confidence and pathways into employment. The role blends classroom learning with hands-on coaching and travel training to enable reliable journeys to work.

You will engage local employers to arrange supported placements, advise on workplace adjustments for neurodiverse young people, support participants with tasks and day-to-day skills, and keep families updated on progress.
