Monday to Friday | 10:00pm – 6:00am

We are currently recruiting for Forklift Drivers to join a globally recognised confectionery manufacturer at their state-of-the-art facility in Estover, Plymouth.

The Role
As a Forklift Driver, you’ll play an important role in supporting production and warehouse operations, ensuring materials and finished products are moved safely and efficiently throughout the site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating Counterbalance and/or Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving stock, raw materials, and finished goods around the site
- Supplying production lines with materials as required
- Storing stock accurately within warehouse locations
- Completing routine equipment checks
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Supporting warehouse and production teams to meet operational targets
This is a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, requiring a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
About You
We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Comfortable working permanent night shifts
- Hold a valid Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck licence
- Experienced operating forklift trucks within a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Committed to maintaining high health and safety standards
- Keen to contribute to a busy and successful operation
Please note: Due to the location of the site and shift start/finish times, own transport is essential.
