Field-Based D2C Coffee Operations Support (North East)

Nestlé Professional’s D2C Coffee Operations Support is a field-based role with Newcastle as a base, covering the North East. You’ll ensure stock accuracy, high machine uptime, and adherence to cleaning and operating routines to maximise customer satisfaction and commercial performance across our coffee portfolio.

You’ll engage with customers and internal teams, review variances, coach store teams, and report activity through our systems.
