European Road Freight Coordinator Overview

Are you an experienced European Road Freight Coordinator looking to join an established international freight forwarding businesses. You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end European Road Import and Export shipments, ensuring customers receive a first-class service from collection through to final delivery.

European Road Freight Coordinator Responsibilities

• Coordinate European Road freight import and export shipments.
• Arrange collections, deliveries and groupage/full load movements.
• Liaise with customers, hauliers, overseas partners and customs teams.
• Prepare and process all relevant transport documentation.
• Track shipments and provide proactive customer updates.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure all movements comply with customs and transport regulations.

European Road Freight Coordinator Requirements

• Previous experience within European Road Freight.
• Import and Export experience.
• Freight forwarding background.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments.
• Customs knowledge would be advantageous.
