European Conference Operations Lead — Onsite & Travel

CFO Insights is seeking an Operations professional to own the end-to-end execution of our European private equity conferences from our London HQ. You will coordinate venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and overall attendee experience, driving a fast-paced startup-like environment with significant responsibility.

You will lead supplier research, event planning, and on-site support, while building a 40-strong volunteer team and ensuring high-quality branding and materials.
