Assistant GM: Lead a High-Energy QSR Team

Wendy’s is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations at one of our up-and-coming restaurants, likely based in Manchester. You’ll partner with the Restaurant General Manager to energize the team, deliver great guest experiences and keep a fast-paced environment running smoothly.

You’ll own staffing, training and scheduling, coach rising stars, create smart rosters, and be the go-to leader for new hires.
