You will advise on a wide range of matters including acquisition finance, high yield bonds, bridge financing, mezzanine financings and syndicated credit facilities, alongside top-tier clients and complex transactions.

Ideal candidates hold 3-5 PQE, are England & Wales qualified, and bring leveraged finance experience from a US or Magic Circle/Silver Circle firm, complemented by excellent academics
