Homes England National Housing Bank is seeking a Manager – Portfolio Management Loans Support to oversee a portfolio of debt investments and key partner relationships, ensuring delivery, value, and governance across varied funding structures.

The role offers hybrid working (50/50) with the new National Housing Bank HQ and offices in Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol or London. You will monitor performance, manage risk, and support the Lead Portfolio Manager to drive growth and responsible investment.
