Director of Campaigns & Public Impact

Charity People is recruiting for a Director of Campaigns and Communications to join the Senior Leadership Team in a hybrid role with London-based activity. The postholder will shape the charity’s public voice, lead a large directorate and drive strategic initiatives across campaigns, communications, policy and movements.

The role requires high-level leadership, cross-functional alignment, and strong external engagement to strengthen democratic participation and human rights advocacy in the UK.
