Structural Technician | Birmingham

The role

We are seeking a Structural Technician or Revit Technician to join our clients team. You will play a key role in producing accurate, high-quality models and drawings to support engineers and project managers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects, from commercial developments to residential schemes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Revit models for structural and civil engineering projects




• Produce detailed technical drawings and schedules




• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy




• Assist in implementing BIM standards and workflows across projects




• Support the team with project coordination and documentation

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential (Revit is a bonus)




• Experience working within engineering or architectural practices




• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines




• Knowledge of BIM standards and processes




• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
