R&D Engineering Manager: Lead Product Innovation

Vargo is seeking an Engineering Manager (R&D) to lead on R&D projects in a permanent, on-site role in Cardiff. This technical leadership position combines engineering design, project management and people management to deliver innovative products and customer-specific developments.

You will mentor engineers, review designs, coordinate testing, and work with Global R&D, Finance, Quality and Operations. A degree in mechanical engineering or related field and 5 years’ experience are required.
