SHE Manager: Lead Safety, Culture & Compliance

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Manager for a full-time, permanent role in Newark-on-Trent. You will lead a ~100-strong team, reporting to the Plant Manager and sitting on the senior leadership team, shaping the site’s safety culture and policy direction.

You will work with a dynamic management group, deliver clear HSE direction, conduct audits, and embed continuous improvement across all functions.
