Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience preparing a wide range of cocktails. Cocktail-making experience is preferred, but candidates with strong bar experience and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
• Mix classic and signature cocktails with consistency and attention to detail.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Verify customers’ age and serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with licensing laws.
• Process customer payments accurately using the POS system.
• Work collaboratively with the bar and floor team to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender is essential.
• Cocktail-making experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and classic cocktails.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
