Facilities Manager – Office & Building Services (London)

Artic Building Services is seeking a highly motivated Site Manager to oversee daily operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant environment for all stakeholders. You will lead maintenance programs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems, and manage external contractors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in facilities management, with leadership experience, strong budgeting and negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of CMMS and HVAC.
