Senior Proposals Manager – Hybrid Bid Leader

WSP is seeking a Senior Proposals Manager to lead complex, high value bids across the UK and Ireland. You will drive bid strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure governance and quality in every proposal from capture through to submission.

The role requires strong client-facing skills, bid management expertise, and a track record of winning tenders within the engineering/construction sector. UK-wide travel and hybrid working are involved.
