Fresha is seeking a Platform Engineering Team Lead to drive infra readiness, AI-guided reliability, and scalable architecture in a fast-growing global beauty tech platform. You will own platform delivery, set engineering standards, and lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering and Security.

With a strong background in cloud, distributed systems and observability, you will mentor engineers, define roadmaps, and ensure high-quality, resilient services across multi-region deployments.
