Café Manager – Lead High-Volume Events & Guest Experience

Off to Work in Central London is seeking a Café Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a busy café within a prestigious conference and exhibition venue. You will oversee service standards, manage a team and work closely with venue management to deliver exceptional experiences for tenants, delegates and event attendees.

This hands-on role requires proven café or high-volume hospitality leadership, strong people management, meticulous organisation, and careful stock and labour cost control.
