Location – Hybrid; on average 3-4 days from home, 1-2 days in London offices
Salary – circa £50,000 basic plus commission (uncapped)
The opportunity is to join a leading City based IT Managed Services Provider.
The role is Technical Account Manager, looking after 20-30 existing clients, all tied into long-term support/managed service contracts.
The role is to be the first point of contact for client issues, look after renewals, quotes for project work and hardware/licenses, and perform quarterly SLA review meetings. You will also need to grow and sell into your customers where appropriate, whilst acting as a technical trusted advisor.
The role is hybrid (home based 3-4 days, in the offices 1-2). The basic salary is circa £50,000 plus uncapped commission.
