Nonprofit CRM Implementation Consultant – Part-Time

The Forum is seeking a CRM Implementation Consultant to oversee the deployment and integration of our new CRM system, working with our implementation partner and internal teams. This 1-year, part-time role is approx 20 hours per week and focuses on data migration, AI-driven workflows, and process improvements to support operations.

Ideal candidates have CRM implementation experience, preferably with not-for-profit organisations, and strong project management skills.
