Hybrid Senior Financial Accountant – Public Sector

Dearing Public Sector Finance is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to support both Dorset Police and Devon & Cornwall Police, including their Offices of the Police and Crime Commissioners. The role is hybrid and focuses on statutory accounts, capital accounting, treasury activity, and robust financial governance.

The successful candidate will lead accounting processes, liaise with auditors, and mentor finance staff, deputising for the Head of Financial Accounting as needed.
