Clinical Negligence Solicitor (3-5 PQE) | Complex High-Value Litigation | Birmingham

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a nationally recognised claimant team handling some of the most complex work in the market.

You’ll work on a varied caseload including:

• Birth injury
• Brain injury
• Stroke
• Fatal claims
• Other complex and high-value clinical negligence litigation

Alongside managing your own files, you’ll support on multi-million-pound claims involving leading experts and Counsel.

You’ll ideally have:

• 3-5 years’ PQE
• Strong claimant Clinical Negligence experience
• Experience handling litigated matters
• Confidence managing expert evidence
• Strong technical litigation skills
