Compassionate Community Caregiver (Evenings & Weekends)

Proud to Care Devon is seeking a compassionate Community Care Worker to provide essential support in clients’ homes across the community. You will assist with daily activities, personal care, meal preparation and monitoring wellbeing.

This role requires driving, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and the ability to handle mobility support and medication administration in line with care plans.
