Residential Support Practitioner – Children’s Services:
£13.50ph – £14.00ph (DOE) + £50 bonus per sleep-in,dependent on experience
Enhancement rates available for overtime and bank holidays.

The Role:
You’ll help make a house feel like a home — safe, nurturing, and full of possibility. Your days will include:
- Being a positive, grounding influencefor young people

- Championing safeguarding and positive practice
- Working as part of a supportive, reflective team
- You will be flexible with your working days to meet the needs of the home, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.

Essential skills:
- Experience working with children and young people.
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to work a varied rota (24-hour shifts)
