Mental Health Support Worker — Flexible Shifts

Potens Group is recruiting a dedicated support worker to help adults with mental health conditions live more independently in our Penwortham-based supported living home. The role offers 16 hours per week and pay at £12.71 per hour with a contributory pension and access to training opportunities.

You’ll assist residents with daily living skills, cooking, and managing finances, while promoting wellbeing and meaningful community involvement.
