Family Support Worker – Prison Visitation Centre

Pact (the Prison Advice & Care Trust) is recruiting a Family Support Worker for the visits centre at HMP Brinsford. You will support families visiting loved ones, create a welcoming environment, provide information and guidance, and help organise activities for children.

This hands-on role involves working calmly with people in challenging times, collaborating with colleagues and partner agencies to follow safeguarding procedures and improve family support services.
