Senior Homelessness Project Lead

Falcon Support Services in Hinckley is seeking a Senior Homelessness Project Worker to support residents in semi-independence and help them move toward independent living. You will lead daily project operations, manage referrals, develop personalised support plans, and collaborate with agencies to maximise service delivery.
