Lead Joiner & Chargehand – On‑Site Builder

VGC Group in Redcar is seeking a Joiner – Chargehand / Ganger to join our site team. Location: Redcar TS10 5QW. The role requires a valid CSCS card and a good understanding of health and safety practices. Start date ASAP.

You will work mainly on site with duties that require independence as well as strong teamwork. Weekend work attracts a higher pay rate, and standard time after 39 hours is higher. This is an active field role with a focus on quality and safety on major infrastructure projects.
