HGV Class 2 Drivers Wanted – Join a Busy Frozen Food Distribution Team!
Drivers Today are recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for a well-established frozen food distributor based in Stoke-on-Trent (ST6).
If you’re looking for regular weekday work, competitive pay and long-term opportunities, this is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, professional transport operation.
This is a hands-on role, so you’ll need to enjoy keeping active as well as driving.
The Role
HGV Class 2 (Category C) Driver
Temperature-Controlled (Frozen Food) Deliveries
Deliveries to takeaways, kebab shops and food outlets
Multi-drop deliveries
Manual handling and lifting involved
Load your own vehicle before leaving the depot
Unload stock at customer premises
Use pump trucks, delivery trolleys and tail lifts
Monday to Friday
Start times between 04:00 and 06:00
Immediate starts available
What We’re Looking For
Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
Driver CPC Qualification Card
Digital Tachograph Card
Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
Good customer service skills
Reliable, hardworking and professional attitude
Maximum 6 penalty points
