Automotive Service Advisor Apprentice

Vertu Renault Nottingham is offering a 15-month Customer Service Level 3 apprenticeship, delivering hands-on service experience within a busy service department. The role is full-time, paid at £8.00 per hour, and centrally managed by our Internal Talent Team.

As a Customer Service Level 3 Apprentice – Service Advisor, you will greet customers, explain service steps, assist with paperwork, process payments and keep records up to date while learning through the apprenticeship.
