Sodexo is seeking a Horticulture Instructor at HMP Peterborough to deliver vocational training, enabling prisoners to gain qualifications and practical skills. You will manage the Gardens Party, promote safety, and contribute to rehabilitation through hands-on learning.
The ideal candidate holds CTLLS or equivalent and has horticultural qualifications or substantial industry experience, with strong teaching, communication and organisational skills. DBS clearance is expected.
