Stamford Bridge Hotel is seeking a charming and engaging Food and Beverage Assistant( part time) with a passion for service excellence.
You will report to the Food and Beverage Manager, working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the restaurant.
A Food and Beverage Assistant will:
- Be highly courteous and give our guests a memorable service and lasting impression.
- Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilities.
- Ensure that the daily task list is completed effectively.
- Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences.
- Take initiative in accommodating our guests’ needs in a resourceful manner.
To be successful in the role of Food and Beverage Assistant, we require:
- Excellent guest engagement skills.
- An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel.
- The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations.
- A good command of English is essential; a second language is advantageous.
